YEAR OF THE SNAKE 2025

Dear esteemed leaders of the Party and State, distinguished shareholders, investors, valued customers, domestic and international partners, and all Petrolimex employees,

In the joyful atmosphere of the New Year 2025 and as we welcome the traditional Lunar New Year – the Year of the Snake, the Petrolimex Party Committee, Board of Management, Board of Directors, and the Vietnam Petroleum Trade Union respectfully extend to you our best wishes for a new year filled with joy, health, and success.

As 2024 comes to a close, the Vietnam National Petroleum Group (Petrolimex) has successfully overcome challenges and fulfilled the political tasks assigned by the Party and State. The Group has not only comprehensively completed and exceeded its production and business targets but also made significant contributions to the state budget. Additionally, Petrolimex has continued to ensure and improve the material and spiritual well-being of its officials and employees. Notably, the Group has supported social security programmes with over VND364 billion (nearly $14.3 million).

In 2025, we are committed to further realising the goals and vision outlined in the Development Strategy to 2035 and the Restructuring Project for the period 2021-2025. The entire system will resolutely implement synchronised and flexible solutions, concentrating resources in a spirit of proactiveness to achieve strong growth in all business methods. Furthermore, we will prioritise investment in technical infrastructure, training and attracting high-quality human resources, accelerating comprehensive digital transformation, and achieving carbon neutrality by 2026.

We sincerely thank the leaders of the Party and State, esteemed shareholders and investors, valued customers, esteemed partners, and all Petrolimex employees across generations for their support and companionship. The continuous efforts of everyone have helped Petrolimex maintain its reputation and position, achieving numerous outstanding accomplishments.

As we enter 2025, the year brings significant milestones for the country, including the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Party, the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South, the 135th anniversary of the birth of late President Ho Chi Minh, the 80th anniversary of National Day, and many other important events. The collective of Petrolimex officials, employees, and labourers will strive to emulate and promote the strength of tradition and the determination to realise the vision of becoming the leading energy group in Vietnam. We aim to trade in green energy products that are of high quality and environmentally friendly, based on the foundation of Industry 4.0 technology and comprehensive digital transformation.

We are committed to contributing to the country's entry into a new era – an era of the nation’s rise.

As we welcome the Spring of the New Year 2025 and celebrate our 69th year of continued success and prosperity, Petrolimex looks forward with pride and honour to the milestone of its 70th anniversary.
